Anna Jane and William James were born on May 16th, at 34 weeks 2 days - both are doing really well in the NICU so far. Anna weighed 3 lbs 11 oz, and William weighed 5 lbs, 6 oz (he is only a half inch longer than his sister, so looks much more like a mini newborn!) Only needed the c-pap machine for the first day and have been breathing great on their own since then. Still in incubators to help regulate their body temps, but are slowly getting weaned off them. Feedings have been the sticky point so far - William is a bit on the lazy side and still does most of his feedings by tube, but Anna turned a corner a few days ago and is doing most of her feedings by bottle!
I was really hoping they would hold out for another week or two, but my body just couldn't do it anymore. I went in for a routine OB visit on the 15th and my blood pressures were higher than ever. I was sent directly to the hospital for observation and monitoring - thankfully my blood pressure lowered a bit throughout the evening, and the babies looked good on their fetal monitors, so I was able to wait until Friday morning the 16th for my C-section. I really needed that extra night to get mentally ready for the babies to come!!

*Started TTC again July 2012 with Clomid, 6 cycles from July-Dec. 2012, all BFN
*1 cycle no meds: BFN
*1 cycle Femara: BFN
*1st RE visit March 2013 - first IUI in April 2013 with Femara, Menopur, and Novarel (BFN); second IUI in May 2013, same protocol (BFN); two cycle break; third IUI in August 2013, same protocol (BFN)
*1st IVF cycle, October 2013 (Synarel, Menopur (75 iu), and Gonal-F (150 iu)) -- BFP!! Saw two babies at our 5wk5d u/s on Oct. 28th! EDD=June 25, 2014
