Going back to work and pumping question

Well kind of. .. I am going back to work next week and will be pumping for LO. I work from my in laws house and my MIL will be watching him so he will be right there. I can't run in and nurse him all day so I will pump for bottles. My question is how long is a bottle good for if LO starts drinking it. Say MIL tries to give him 4 oz but he only drinks 2 because he will just "snack" sometimes. Can she put it in the fridge for later? (She never BF so this is definitely very new for her and I will be upset if milk gets wasted if it didn't have to be.)

    2011: Diagnosis and treatment (low sperm count, anastrozole for DH, clomid for me + IUI)

    October 2015: missed miscarriage #2 at 11 weeks (trisomy 22)
    March 2016 BFP#5, due November 2016.

    Thank you for the link. I have something similar printed on my fridge but it didn't have the not finishing a bottle part. :)

    I pump and freeze in 2 oz bags so we can do that. Just wanting to be prepared for anything.

    We reheat and offer a bottle multiple times. We put it back in the fridge until the next feeding. Never had any issues.
