Updated....$10.99 Teething question

I tried searching for this but I could not find anything.  When your LO was teething did they eat any food?  DD barely ate anything today and kept gagging if I tried to feed her.  I don't think she is sick, but she did have a low grade fever this evening.  Her raccoon hands won't let me look into her mouth to see what is going on.

Update.  Thanks for all your responses.  When teething does start I will have a better understanding of what is going on.  No teeth in sight.  She just has a stomch bug...which I am sure is equally not fun.

    She normally eats about 26 to 28 ozs a day and today she had about 10 ozs.  Does that seem normal for teething?

    We don't really much in the solid department.  She took two nasty poops today.  I have been keeping her inside so that she won't get too hot.  I have been very worried about her liquid intake. Hopefully she feels better tomorrow.   Thanks.

    When my LO was teething the bottle hurt his mouth, so he did eat less. I'd use the teething tabs, Tylenol or sometimes when it got really bad, a tiny bit of baby Orajel on his front gums just before I gave him the bottle.

    Yes, we don't use bottles, but I measure her intake by time spent nursing and teething can make her drop her time in half. Hope your LO feels better soon.

    I didn't notice a change in DS's eating habits when he had cut his teeth. Although, he did have major diarrhea and a diaper rash.
