Vent - we have mold...

So, we are trying to buy a house on the other side of the country. Today was inspection day, nothing too bad except for MOLD in the entire crawl space! It is a foreclosure, so the bank will have to be the one to fix it. If they won't fix it we cannot buy it and almost 2k out in inspections. Why do we have to move again?

Good luck. We bought a foreclosure and the bank wouldn't fix anything. So it was sort of a take it or leave it deal.

FX they fix it for you.

Now we are in a holding pattern, bank will get our request on Tuesday... Off for a long weekend and will try no to worry too much!
