Playroom wall-art opinions

Ok, so on one wall we will mount a small TV and on the opposite of that wall I will be hanging the kid's artwork on a string with clothespins.

Between those walls on one side is a couple of windows, opposite the windows is a wall that is like 3/4 parallel wall and 1/4 angled wall (am I painting a picture for y'all)?

I have a couple of ideas on what to do with the split wall, one is...one the 3/4 wall do a gallery thing all the way to the ceiling with pictures of everyone in the family including pictures and plaques from when me and MH were kids with fun frames, a very informal collection.

OR...a large canvas on the 3/4 and 1/4 wall (one on each or 2 on the 1/4 wall - one of each kid - and 1 of the family on the 3/4)

TL;DR: I am asking y'all's opinion on playroom walls, is less more? or should chaos reign?
