Sad news- possible loss

I had some red/ brown cervical fluid spotting today and I got nervous so I called my dr and she had me in for an u/s. I should be 6w4d but she didn't see anything in my uterus. I'm waiting in another office right now so I can have a clearer u/s so they can make sure it's not ectopic. So it's either that or I had a miscarriage and the full on bleeding just hasn't started. Either way it's not looking good. I'm siting here waiting to go in and still kind of hoping my dr was an idiot and this place will be like oh there's your baby. Doesn't seem likely though.

Thanks everyone for the good wishes. I'm home now. 2nd u/s with the radiologist showed nothing in the uterus as well and now I've got period cramps and more bleeding. So it's pretty much a done deal at this point. Def a lot of sad news on the board today. I'll be off this board I guess so I wish everyone here a happy and healthy 9 months. It was nice spending the last few weeks with you all.
