I feel like I only post on Fridays. Maybe I'll make it a point to try to post something non fitness related each week too! Ha!!
My week was pretty okay, back in the gym but easing back into things. I have a new race I'm training for now - so that should keep me motivated!
Monday: Swim 200 yards, Run 15 minutes
Tuesday: Bike 6 miles
Wednesday: Swim 400 yards
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Bike 8 miles
Saturday: Run 3 miles
Sunday: Rest
Food: pretty good actually! I'm finally feeling up to cooking again, so much less crap. Until last night when we ordered pizza. And then I had some for breakfast.
QOTW: Would you rather watch sports, or play sports? Me... watch. I am a huge green bay packers fan, so there's that. I also worked for a MLB team and a NHL team... I am a big sports fan! Even though I would consider myself athletic (now)... growing up sports were NOT my thing. I get too nervous I am going to mess up and let everyone down when I am on a team... and I am soooo uncoordinated and awkward... it's not pretty! I'll stick to watching sports and running when sports aren't on TV.
Re: Fitness Friday!
Food: Nothing has really changed for me, although I haven't thrown up in about 4 days, so I'm hoping that the food aversions and lack of appetite are on their way out as well. I have some things I always make it a point to eat while I'm visiting my hometown and it would suck to miss out.
QOTW: When I was younger, I would have preferred playing sports, but at this point in my life, I prefer to watch; my husband and I are both really into sports, and we've frequently got some type of sporting event on the tv in the evenings.

I do crossfit 3x a week with an amazing trainer who is also a nurse and has trained lots of pregnant ladies, so i feel really well supported and LOVE getting all the exercise!
My doctor was all about it, which surprised me at first but she says as long as I keep an eye on my heart rate and listen to my body I can do just about anything I want!
I'm going to start adding in swimming once my pool opens this week in my neighborhood!
Monday: insanity max cardio
Tuesday: 3 mile walk
Wednesday: insanity Cardio recovery
Thursday: ran 3 miles
Friday: ran 3 miles, walked 2
Today's run has been the best since getting off of pelvic rest 4 weeks ago, and was so encouraging!
Food has been the best since I got pregnant, except for frosted animal crackers. I need I kick that habit. Other than that, lots of salads and good food going in!
I would much rather play sports! Watching is hard, especially when it's something I have played before.
