A large diaper bag that isn't a black hole of despair?

Could you please recommend your diaper bag if you love it? I'm looking for something that would be suitable for a man or a woman to carry, will be able to hold enough gear for 2 children, and that isn't just a large bag. Something with a lot of functionality would be wonderful. I'm not into the designer labels such as Coach or Kate Spade, but I don't mind spending the extra money on something that will go the distance with our family. Thanks so much!

    OiOi carry all comes in some non girly designs. OiOi also has dad bags.

    I've heard really good things about Ju-Ju-Be diaper bags. I just ordered the Be Prepared for day/weekend trips. I've also read that the BFF is great too. They have different patterns/colors as well. They're pricey, but supposedly they're great bags and hold up well.

    I have a JuJuBe "Be Prepared", it has plenty of room. We cloth diaper, and it holds all my fluff and wet bag easily.

    Skip Hop bags are awesome! I have the Duo which I use now for my 2 and 4 year olds- thermoses, pull-ups, wipes, change of clothes, snacks, coloring book and crayons, small toys. It will have plenty of room for baby too!

    I commented on your 2U2 post but Jujube, but the BFF is a great size for 2 kids close in age. I love mine!  I had a Be Prepared for awhile but it's just too big for everyday for us so I got the BFF instead.

    My friend has and suggested to me a Skip Hop Grand Central Bag - she loves it for 1 child and said it is big enough for 2

    I should also add- the Skip Hop Duo is a shoulder bag, so I wear it cross body which leaves me hands free for the 2 kids.

    another vote for the jujube be prepared. we also cd 2 kids so big but organized is a must, and they last, and you can resell when youre done w it.

    I know you said you're not into the designer brands, but my Coach diaper bag is the absolute sh*t. It's big, sturdy, versatile, and I absolutely love it. Definitely worth the money.
