Is it the lack of sleep?

Anyone else feel like their head is not on straight? I feel like I can't think like I normally would even about silly things. Anyone else feeling this way? Lack of sleep, hormones? I don't know but I want my old self back.

I assume it's a combination..
Hugs, try and get out of the house today even if it's just around the block for a walk or a trip to target, it helps to feel like your normal and part of society. Small steps

I visited work a few days ago and I felt like I could talk right, the words just weren't coming out. It was so strange!

The first time I got out of the house was to go to potbellys. I completely messed up both mine and DH's food order and found it difficult and overwhelming to speak to people in public! I blame the lack of sleep and cabin fever.
Hope you start feeling like your normal self! Getting out more has definitely helped me.

I'm pretty sure the employee I talked to about lens filters for my DSLR camera at Target thought I was a moron because I couldn't remember the word "filter".

"They go on the end of your lens..."
"Lens caps?"
"No, they're see-through and do certain things."
"... our camera accessories are over here."

Definitely. I went back to visit my class yesterday (kindergarten teacher) and thought I was forgetting some of their names. It hasn't even been 2 months since I left!

I definitely felt like that for awhile....DD sleeps 6-7hours now then up for 30min to eat then back down again for around 2ish hours. With adequete sleep myself I finally feel normal, so maybe it is the lack of sleep!
