Weird question- TMI

I've got a weird question. All morning I've been having kinda a throbbing pain in my vagina. It's not terribly painful, maybe a 2-3 out of 10, but it's there. I also keep having the urge to pee. Like I literally just peed and now have to go again, much worse than usual. I'm wondering if I should call the Dr? Anyone experienced anything like this before?

    Yes this, or u need to drink a lot more water. I'm very prone to UTIs and so I have that feeling sometimes when I get dehydrated
