Which one do you find better at keeping your shirt dry?

I bought the Nuk reusable pads thinking it makes more sense to wash and reuse than throw away. However, I have been using them for a month now I don't like them. I don't think they work well. I leak a ton and always end up with giant wet circles on my shirt. Are disposables any better at preventing wet spots on shirts or do I just leak too much? If disposables are better then I definitely need to buy some because I will only be able to pump once a shift when I go back to work in a few weeks. Plus I am tired of having a stack of breast pads to hand wash at the end of each day.

Update: I decided to try the Nuk disposables and the difference is crazy! Before I was soaking my shirt after just 2-3 hours but with the disposables I wore the same pair all day and even though I could feel myself leaking my shirt stayed completely dry. I am sold.

I use both ,the reusable in the house (organic ones) and the disposable (lansinoh)if I go out or my breast is full (nite time).

I leak pretty badly at night, and the Nuk disposable pads have never leaked. They have like a moisture barrier layer on the back. They're thin, but flat, so super-,visible under clothes, since they have no contour. ETA: I originally said they were Lansinoh disposables, but they're actually Nuks.

I have reusable ones... Bamboobies and some a friend made. I've never leaked through a pad, but from listening to other people I don't think I'm a heavy leaker to start with.

I hated disposables. The plastic prevents them from leaking, but I thought they were itchy & made me sweaty since they didn't breathe at all. I'm a bamboobies user, and they can go through a washing machine.

Bamboobies don't leak and they don't make lines under the shirt so that's nice.

I use disposables and have tried a variety of brands and mine leak constantly. I am starting to consider reusable.

I leak in Bamboobies every time but never with Lansinoh. They don't stay in place very well even with the adhesive on the back but I'd rather adjust them a few times a day than leak.

I have washable organic pads and I like that it's cost efficient but when my boobs "let down" randomly the pads get soaked and so does my shirt. Also sleeping with them are a total fail..I wake up soaked and so are my sheets.
The thow away ones work the best but I find myself changing them throughout the day. Especially the "ultra thin" ones from NUK. Their ultra dry ones work great...looking into the night dry ones to try at night

I use both and don't leak through either. My reusable ones I picked up at Walmart (randomly saw them one day!) they are very comfortable and soft but sometimes leave fuzz on my nipples and do seem to "fill" faster than the disposables. I also get the disposables from Walmart- the Evenflo brand (hubby actually bought them first) and they are pretty awesome- hardly ever "fill" up and I leak quite a bit. Sometimes I can wear them all day without having to change them.

I use maxi pads that I cut in half. I leak a ton and these work perfectly. Plus there is adhesive all over the back of them so they stay in place no matter what!
