Symptoms fading

I am a little worried... According to my LMP I am 5 weeks 2 days. Was so happy when my 6 test came up positive... Breasts were very swallow and sore. Confirmed with primary and made my ob appointment last week. But then today my breasts feel less sore and I still haven't experienced any other symptoms. Try not to worry my DH is begging me to relax but I can't help it... This is my first pregnancy and I have never wanted anything more. It is like a dream... Thanks for letting me vent.

Re: Symptoms fading

  • What are "swallow" breasts? It is 100% normal for your symptoms to come and go. It happened to me, and I freaked out and had the doctor draw a beta, and everything was fine. The symptoms returned a couple days later.

  • I wish my body would swallow some of my breasts, they're too big :P

Really though, it's normal for symptoms to come and go.

Mine come and go too, don't worry! Of it helps take another test. I did at the beginning of my 5th week bc I was feeling the same way, and it just made me feel better

Symptoms will come and go over the course of the pregnancy. It is normal. Some women have no symptoms. It gets better when you can feel the baby moving and you are not focused on your symptoms as indicators to something being wrong.

  • I'm right there with you! I was bloated, emotional and dealing with sore breasts soon after my BFP but now those symptoms have faded. I guess it's normal to worry, especially with a 1st pregnancy.

  • Sorry for the typo... Typing on the iPad in bed isn't always the best :-/ @hollywooeb‌ , @kawess‌ Thanks! It is the first so I am super cautious. I will probably take a test this weekend to set my mind at ease. Thank you for the support ladies. Deep down I know it is okay. But there is this little part of me that is over thinking! @CrazyMonkeyBear‌ - I guess I would feel that way if I had them. I should count that as a blessing ;)

  • On the swollen breast aspect, mine are super sore and tender for a few days then a day or two of hardly any pain. All of my symptoms come and go, the only constant seems to be my nausea.
