Has any had an extreme cramp like pain after having an orgasm? We have more sex now and about ever tenth time I end up in so much pain I start crying. Poor guy always feels like it's his fault
I've read in the bump's baby book that your uterus always cramps after orgasm, baby or no, but since there's a lot more going on down there now, you're probably just more in tune to it. I would suggest that if it hurts that much, take a break from it and ask your obgyn if it's safe for to keep it up and what you can do to help it.

Some cramping is normal, but if you're in enough pain to bring you to tears, you should probably take that as your body's way of telling you to take a break. Bring it up with your OB. Better safe than sorry.

Once when I was pregnant with my youngest and without an O. I was doubled over and couldn't stand up straight. I toughed it out, though I almost went to the ER. I never go to the ER or call the doctor's office for things unless I know there is something that needs to be addressed asap.
