  DH is at a tequila tasting and dinner for work, so I need to rummage up something.  He had a board meeting yesterday and I ended up having spicy black bean soup with sour cream.

  
  

  Still not sure what I"m eating tonight, perhaps leftover "asian style" turkey meatballs and roasted veggies?

  My husband came home tonight after almost 3 weeks underway!! AGAIN. We had Ahi tuna, and I made a mango and avocado salsa, jasmine rice and edemame. And wine. Lots of wine. Thorny Rose, red blend. Our neighbors are playing music so loudly I can feel it. Wine.
