I had a backache that started on my lower right side. Now it's wrapped around to my right hip, and my right shoulder and right side of my chest are all aching at the same time. Has this ever happened to you? I don't know what to make of it.
I'm sorry you're going through this I've had the lower back/hip pain on both sides, but not with shoulder or chest pain. But I honestly don't know what it is. Wish I had a better answer. Hope you feel better soon.

@nursesouder thank you for the message. My heart stopped, but I just had an ultrasound and the baby is in the ute. But I am definitely calling my doctor now. Thank you!
So I talked to the midwife on call, who was really nice, I might switch to the midwives now. Anyway:
-I don't have my appendix so it's not that. -I've had an ultrasound so it's not ectopic -I am not having any UTI or kidney infection symptoms, I've had those chronically so I'm familiar with them. -I am not having any cardiac symptoms. -My abdomen doesn't hurt to palpate.
She thinks it's probably round ligament pain, or the pressure from my ute is pressing on a nerve, causing the radiating pain. She recommended I take some tylenol and a warm bath. If the symptoms haven't subsided by morning to call the office and they'll see me. If the pain gets worse, or I start feeling numbness or tingling I should go to the ER.
