Are you using OPK and temping? I found the combo to be most helpful. Then I added in a bunch of supplements. That may be overboard : my husband started a daily vitamin, no hot tubs, boxers only... And loads of patience!!!! Good luck!
Prenatal vitamin, tracked cycle using pink pad, preeseed, didn't have sex just when I thought I was ovulating conceived two days outside the window didn't stress about it, and drank lots of pregnancy tea.
Beside what the other girls said. My doctor told me to start Coq10. It can help improve egg quality and prenatal vitamins. Taking the vitamins with good folic acid is important to have in your system prior to getting pregnant and maintain throughout pregnancy. After I tracked my cycle for 2 months, I realized my luteal phase was increased. I went to the doctor and ended up seeing a fertility doctor who recommended everything I just told you. I had to add clomid to the mix because of my luteal phase being long but it worked and I'm pregnant!
I got pregnant what seems like the first try. I did prenatals and tracked everything using the pink pad app. I used to take my tempature but it got really old and seemed inconsistent so I stopped doing that. My husband and I tried to have sex every other day which can be hard but if you don't think of it like a chore and keep it interesting its not that bad. That's all we did though, no teas or other supplements. Every person is different but be patient and it will eventually happen.
It's hard to not think about it, but dont stress about. Don't make sex just about getting pregnant, make it about the two of you and your passion for each other. When your not focused on it, it happens. Also depends on when you last took birth control.
It took us almost 2 years. It can be very discouraging at times, but keep trying and don't let it get you down. Every time my friends announced they were pregnant, I wanted to cry. I felt so alone. I used fertility test over 6 months with no success. It put a lot of pressure on both of us and it always ended in disappointment. I stoped testing every month and took a break from traking my cycles. I started to listen to my body and had sex when I felt like it, not when the test told me I should. It finaly worked and I'm now in week 7. It may take time, just don't let you're self feel like a failure if it does, and don't forget, you're not alone. Good luck.
