Full bed frame for Graco Lauren

Has anyone converted a Graco Lauren crib into a headboard and footboard for a full sized bed? I'm wondering if there is a particular frame/type of frame I should be looking for. TIA!

    Uh, ignore me. I guess Graco sells one for $100. Shoulda googled first, but I thought I remembered fee searching this a bit before and coming up short.

    We have a Summer Infant Brayden Crib and I recall reading that a regular full size bed frame works too.. maybe you could check see if a regular frame fits and if it's cheaper.  We already have a full frame and mattress in LO's room so probably won't be converting his crib past the toddler bed stage it is at right now.. unless we buy a house before he outgrows it.
