Hi Ladies! I am newly pregnant first time mommy that likes to plan and organize everything. Because of this, I have already begun my search for a nanny and baby nurse/doula and what I've found has made me incredibly nervous. I am feeling so discouraged and was wondering how mom's in LA find nannies. Yelp isn't proving to be very helpful, i've been told to talk to my friends but they aren't giving up their nannies and although my mother is more than willing to help, I can't ask her to watch my baby full time. I would love if any of you can help point me in the right direction. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks soo much!
If you are just looking for a baby nurse then I would recommend Los Angeles Baby Nurse. No agency fees and you get 15% off your services for being on the bump.
I have the same question trying to figure out the whole nanny situation and even thinking of nanny sharing although my baby is due end of March. I heard of a website that is for families who will be letting go of nannies and looking for new homes. Haven't found it yet
Re: How to find a nanny in Los Angeles...
I loved having a nanny with my son. You should look at Beach Cities Domestic Staffing.
They have nannies, baby nurses and doulas. https://www.beachcitiesdomesticstaffing.com/
