Middle name for Lily?

Yes, just Lily, not Lillian or Lilith, as I can't stand those names. I'm normally totally against using the short version of a name as the given name, but in this case I am 100% for using Lily as the given name.

Big sis is Virginia Claire, last name is F---man.

We've considered Elizabeth, but it's very over-used as a middle name on my father's side of the family. Yesterday I was thinking Lily Caroline would be lovely, but I worry about a reaction to having a Virginia & a Carolin(a). Thoughts?

I really like Margaret for a middle name, but she has a cousin who goes by Maggie (even though her name is Marilyn!), so I feel like that's out of bounds now.

My daughter's name is Lilith (which I know you don't want to use) and we call her Lily and her middle name is Kei (pronounced Kay after some relatives and such). Though I think Lily Kei is adorable, I also think that Lily itself needs a longer middle name. Lily Elizabeth and Lily Caroline are both beautiful!
