If you EBF, how many cups of regular coffee do you drink daily?

I try not to have any but only because I noticed it makes my kids gassy. I don't think it's verboten in general.

I have 1-2. Depends on my mood. I haven't noticed an effect on LO so I don't worry about it too much.

I usually have two caffeinated drinks a day - right when I wake up and in the afternoon. Since I EP, I try to plan it so I have coffee right after a pump.

I voted for 2, sometimes I have more, but we also drink half caf which allowed me to drink more coffee during pregnancy and not worry about my caffeine intake.

I voted zero but I do have one every couple weeks or so. That's because I'm not a big coffee drinker in general though...if I was I'd have no problem having one a day.

I have a big mug in the morning and usually a latte or diet coke in the afternoon
If I had my way I would drink diet coke all afternoon/ evening

I always make a cup in the morning and have iced tea in the afternoon. I need something to get me through the day with 2 kids under 2!

Since I'm not drinking alcohol, coffee is the only beverage that feels indulgent and makes me happy. Since I'm the boob boss I grant myself two coffees per day, sometimes three if I'm feeling super entitled.

I don't feel bad about drinking 1... I don't notice a difference and even though I'm 8w pp I still need assistance pooping.

I have always have one in the morning and maybe a second in the afternoon if I'm exhausted/close to a Starbucks! My bedtime is usually 8-9pm though, so I try not to have that second cup too late or else I can only blame myself for not taking advantage of my 9pm-2am break to sleep.

I always had one, sometimes two, with my first. This time around I've discovered how amazing Advocare's Spark is and drink one of those instead. I may never go back to coffee!

one cup of coffee per day unless I have Caribou then I am sure there is more caffine than one regular cup because I get the specialty drinks. And then usually one Diet Coke per day.

My idea of coffee is a half a cup of coffee mixed with whole milk and some sugar and hot cocoa mix. ( gheradeli sp? Unsweetened mix)

I love mocha lattes and coffee coolattas.

Since I don't drink booze except once in a blue moon and I am trying to cool it on the cake (awful, I know), coffee is like all I have left to look forward to, food/drink wise. So, usually two. Sometimes three? I am kind of a coffee junkie so this is actually pretty moderate for me.
