There is a GIANT ant hill in my compost now. Is there anything I can do about that? Should I just leave it alone? I'm allergic to ant bites, so I try to avoid them, but they'll be pretty hard to avoid when they're in my compost!

Re: Compost HELP!
Ok. I figured, but I just thought I would ask. heheehe!
You can cover them up and get them out of there. It won't hurt anything.
I meant with like, soil or mulch or something. Or just sort of take a shovel and flip them. I'm not big on killing critters, but if you are allergic, you want to get them out of there. Or, if you really want to, I suppose you could relocate them.
OOOH!
I just did a little googling and found this:

It looks like it should help. I didn't think of diatomaceous earth! I use that for fleas. It works really well.
That site was really good! I learned a ton! So, thanks!
