Increasing milk supply with foods and supplements

I have been reading up on things to eat to increase supply but I was wondering if anyone had any first hand advice to share on things they have tried. I ordered some fenugreek pills but I'm not sure how much to take. I am getting some ground flaxseed today because I love that anyway. Brewers yeast-do you get the powder form or the pill form? Is the mothers milk tea worth the price? Thanks in advance

Oatmeal!!! I made way more milk having oatmeal once or twice a day. And the fenugreek helped me as well, but I can't remember the dose. If I recall the mothers milk tea resembled black licorice so that was a big no go for me.

  • Agreed! Eat oatmeal everyday, I take 6 fenugreek a day (3am/3pm), someone bought me the mothers milk it's ok but def licorice tasting, and I put ground flaxseed in my yogurt daily as well. Also lots of macadamia nuts and almonds bc that's what my DH read so he makes me eat those too lol.
