The other day, I had to leave work early because the m/s was so bad. Hubby "did some research" and brought me some gingerale, popsicles, apple slices, and jello. It made me so happy and thankful to have him.
I'm also thankful because today I don't feel sick!
I am very thankful I am not feeling sick AT ALL. Very hungry, yes, but not sick! Also, I am thankful that my son slept a 6-hr stretch - best night's sleep I've had in a while and it was very much needed.
Oh, I am also thankful that FI and I are sober. If we had to go to any parties or anything, I wouldn't have to worry about trying to cover up the fact that I can't drink.
It's sooo easy (I guess that's why they are slutty. Hahaha). You buy a packet of chocolate chip cookie mix, a thing of brownie mix, and a box of oreos. You make the cookie mix and spread it on 13×9 pan, then do a layer of oreos. Then make the brownie mix and put it on top. Put it in the oven (whatever temp the brownie mix says) and bake for however long. They usually need a bit more time than normal.
I guess you could also make the cookie dough and the brownie dough from scratch is you want it to be even more amazing.
I echo the cheesiness of being thankful to be pregnant. I honestly didn't think it would happen after only one real cycle of trying. I'm 32, been on bcp for the better part of ten years, and had a myoectomy that left me with some pretty grand scar tissue on my uterus. I thought it would be a while before I got pregnant. Here I am... KTFU, lol. I have virtually no symptoms yet, and I'm thankful for that (although sometimes I am very worried that it might mean it's not a viable pregnancy)...
I am thankful for my family because they are so supportive.
I am so thankful that my students did such a fantastic job on their standardized tests this year.

I'm thankful for coworkers/friends that cover my ballet classes this weekend so I can go away
I'm thankful for the person who held open a door for me today as I was behind them.. it's the little things.
I'm thankful for my husband who spent 20 minutes on the phone with me during his lunch break- I love that he likes to call me just to chat about his day!

I am thankful that DS sat on my lap and snuggled while we watched super why this morning. He's going to kindergaten in 2015 and I will miss these days.
I am thankful for my IL's. They are the most supportive and loving people I have ever met. I swear. My MIL never offers advice, or only if asked, she made my husband do chores and my FIL was a stay at home Dad while laid off when they were kids for a little while and so he always has taught DH to do half of the work around the house. Plus they taught DH to be a very handiman. Oh and get how sweet they are- at their small group at Church once they had to write in their journal if they could choose their parents who would they choose and they said my parents because they love me so much and help anyone. Seriously. I can't make this up. Plus they treat every grandkid the same and call before they come over, but given the chance would be at our house all the time.
