A/S Today, very nervous

Hi folks, So my A/S day has finally come. It's this afternoon and finding myself very nervous. I have no reason to be as all my check-ups have been great and last scan was perfect, with me being low risk for everything, but still worried that they may find something wrong. Last week so freaked I went in for a doppler, felt better for a bit after hearing that wonderful little hearbeat, but now the day is here and I can feel my stress levels rising. Could use soem good thougths and good vibes sent my way...We are not finding out the sex, but boy or girl, just want this to be a healthy normal baby. My DH thinks I'm nuts and that all will be fine - he knows I'm generally a nervous nellie, so hoping all my nerves are just that, nerves and all will be well and I'll have a good report to share later today.

I was a wreck too before mine (last Friday), and I had no "reason" to be (all good scans/tests so far, no worrisome symptoms). Today might be rough but you'll be okay! You'll be so relieved when you see that beautiful face.

Sitting in the waiting room right now waiting for mine. I thought I'd be nervous, but I'm just so excited. I'm sure everything will be perfect with your LO.

I totally understand! That's exactly how I felt before my scan, and then I convinced myself that I hadn't felt baby as much in a few days, etc, etc. I had absolutely no reason to be worried either. And then - the tech got started and there was our beautiful baby, squirming around, looking adorable. Everything was perfect. I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry. Everything will be great

I feel the same way. Mine is tomorrow morning so I'm basically going to be a wreck for the next 25 hours until it is over! I think I feel like since my first preganancy was so easy (I've blocked out the bad parts, there were some!) that I'm "due" to have trouble. I just need to keep reminding myself that everything is fine, nothing has given me or my OB cause for concern. Just breathe...

I'm so nervous this time around as well. With my first I was just so excited so I don't know what's changed. H and I opted out of doing any of the early tests that were available so this will be the first big peek. I still have to wait until Wednesday next week for mine. Good luck at yours!

Mine is tomorrow and I'm nervous also. All my previous check-ups and scans have been fine, but I still have those moments where I'm like, "am I still pregnant?" because I haven't felt any kicks yet. I just want to make sure all is going well in there. If this baby would start kicking me, I wouldn't be so anxious!

I'm nervous too, but still have to wait 2 weeks! Agh! I haven't had any testing or scans so I just want to make sure everything's ok in there. I've heard the heartbeat at least.
