Sudden dip in pumping output

So lo is almost 6 months and I got af back at 4 months. I ebf while with her and pump 3 times at work. I typically get 5 oz my first pump, 4 oz my second and 4 my third.

Well yesterday on my second I got 3 and third I got 3.5

Today one my first I got 3 and my second I got 2.5.

I may be ovulating but not sure. I can't remember a big dip like this last month.

I constantly change all my tubing and membranes. I have multiple sets.

I've tried the mothers milk tea once but it have lo gas.

Any other ideas. I am beyond upset today at this drop.

Any help is appreciated. TIA:)

I haven't had AF return but find power hours to be VERY helpful. A friend of my mom's is an LC and recommended watching an hour long show without fast fwding commercials and leave the pump on during the show, turn off during commercials. It makes that hour much faster, IMO.

Also, I'm a PISA user and I let the let-down function do its thing each time I turn the pump back on during those hours.
