So stinking tired

We are traveling with the kids our 23 month old and Noah who is just 5 wks and it is a miserable experiance. We are going to see my Mom 6 hours away we made 8th three hours and got a hotel for the night. It's four am a thunderstorm and I now have a screaming toddler and sleeping husband (we have a 2 bdrm hotel room) Any one have tips for traveling with 2 under 2

    Ugh, sorry mama that sounds rough. No advice since I've just got DD, but wanted to commiserate about the thunderstorms. We had a boom that shook the whole house and woke EVERYONE up, even the dogs. Meanwhile 2 hours later DH and dogs are back fast asleep while I'm up with the milkasaurus rex who thinks it's playtime.

    We just had a huge boom of thunder here too! Scared the bejesus out of me (hence me being here instead of sleeping).

    You poor thing. No tips here as I'm not confident yet take our kiddos out for a road trip. I hope you get some rest and have grandma take care of the kids for the next couple/few days.
