Has anyone had experience with the Ramzi method? Can anyone tell me what the gender would be according to my 8 week trans vaginal u/s? Thanks!!

Why do people start obsessing over the sex of their child the minute they get a bfp?? I'm 6 weeks and 3 days and am in no hurry to find out. There's so many other things I'm focusing on at this point in the process.

@peaceandlove12‌ nobody but your own child can tell you what their gender is, they normally figure this out a bit later in life.

Gender=/=Sex educate yourself.

As for the sex of your baby it's a hermaphrodite...ONE OF EACH!!!!11!11

I believe, based on an article I read about the method, it had to be a week 6 ultrasound picture, otherwise since the placenta can migrate as the weeks go by, it renders the method useless. So, going by that, not much to tell you other than I hope you have a healthy baby!

I did have a u/s done at 6 weeks and it indicted boy based on the "myth". The tech told me which side simply because she was identifying for me heartbeat and yolk sac.

I went back at 8 weeks because I had switched doctors and had another u/s and it was dead center.. It had already moved from the right over... So I think it is pointless.

I had not heard of this method before stumbling upon your post. I don't know that it is that reliable of a method, but it sure was fun to spend some time looking into it this evening. Thanks for sharing!

As for whether your baby is a boy or a girl, your guess is as good as mine! Is the u/s a mirror image or straight on? That would make a big difference in knowing which is the "left" and which is the "right" side.

For this purpose that info won't help much at all, you'd need to know the depth and angle as well. She would of had to ask the u/s tech before 8 weeks...it is entirely useless to try and use an 8 week u/s picture.
