I know as parents we don't buy much for ourselves anymore, but what is your favorite new "toy" that you've gotten for yourself recently? I have two...the first one was lent to us indefinitely. My brother and SIL gave away their bedroom TV, so they gave us their other Roku device. For those that don't know what it is, it's about the size of a deck of cards and has tons of channels, like Netflix, HBO Go, Pandora, Hulu plus and tons more.
I know some stuff you have to pay for in addition, and you have to pay a monthly fee to use the device but we get it for free (unless we ordered something in addition like an on demand movie) since it's on my brother's account. We have HBO and they use our account for HBO go so we trade things like that. I love it, we went through the entire season of Orange is the new Black in about a week, I'm so excited to be able to watch HBO Go on the TV (it freezes all the time on my computer) and I can turn up the music on Pandora when I clean.
My other new toy was I bought myself a Petunia Picklebottom diaper bag. We already had a messenger type bag that MH would be comfortable carrying, but I saw this bag and fell in love. I've stopped carrying my Coach purse so I have one less thing to carry, so I decided I deserved a nice looking diaper bag. Plus I was with my MIL and she is a bad influence. I was never into designer bags until I married into this family. I used to be a $14.99 Target purse girl, and wouldn't even buy the $24.99 ones. However I had a 20% off coupon, a $25 giftcard and my MIL gave me $50 for my birthday so really I got the bag for $100 off (was $175). This is the one I got, I love it!

My Pregnancy/Parenting BLOG TTC since 5/2011, BFP #1 12/3/11, M/C 12/7/11 @ 4wks 2d. Began seeing RE Sep 2012. October 2012 Metformin 1500 mg= ovulation on CD34 BFP#2 11/14/12 9DPO, EDD 7/26/13, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks, our angel born sleeping 3/24/13 @ 22wks 2d. BFP #3 7/4/13 8DPO EDD 3/22/14, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks. started insulin @16 wks. Our rainbow, born 3/19/14 @ 39wks 6d., we're so in love!

Fourth u/s 9/23/2013 - Baby A = 157 Baby B = 150 heartbeat. Cervix now 2.3-2.6 ... being referred to a MFM
MFM Appointment 9/26/2013 = Both babies healthy, cervix now measuring at 4 - Playing tricks on me ... will follow up in 2 weeks.
Cervical check 10/7 with regular OB - 2.1cm --- going BACK to the MFM armed with ultrasound pictures from my OB of my cervix. *sigh*
MFM Appointment 10/8 - confirmed my cervix at 2.1cm - putting me on Progesterone for a week.
MFM Appointment 10/17 - Cervix unchanged! Keeping me on Progesterone - followup 10/29

My dad bought me an elliptical - because I'm a spoiled brat still. ( seriously though my dad is amazing!)
Got my husband a new laptop, me a new computer tower, and a new printer - and out of that we really did need it all except from the tower.
The teal buffet was my birthday gift to myself haha. Got it at Target and I love it soooo much! Pic below!
Also got myself a new purse, a maxi (my very first), and a super cute top.

They have it in several colors and the teal on sale right now! I was a little nervous to buy it because it's online only and I couldn't look at it before I bought it but it had good reviews so I did it. I definitely don't regret it!! It's a nice quality piece and soooo pretty!! I should be a salesperson for Target lol

I had Starbucks too.. Teal is sold out! DH loves it too! I'm calling tomorrow to find one!
I am, however, getting my hair donedid on Saturday! Byeeeee roots! And a mani/pedi on Tuesday...all bc Camden's Baptism is June 1st!
