Has anyone dealt with pediatric foot/leg issues?

*disclaimer: I am bringing this up at her 9 month appointment next week*

DD's feet don't point straight and one is much worse than the other. When her knees are pointed straight forward her left foot points outward at more than a 45 degree angle. Ive noticed before but shes not steady on her feet I just figured her whole leg was turned but today I realized it just doesn't go straight. And she steps on funny like sort of on the heel and inside ofthe ball of her foot only.

Anyone have any experience with anything like this?

We didn't have that bad.  DD was slightly pigeon toed.  A physical therapist I know recommended getting solid shoes and having DD wear them as often as possible and that helped.  But I think moving them in vs out is a whole different ball park.

My cousin ended up having surgery to fix her feet.  I don't remember which way they pointed.

Corrective shoes might be in your DD's future or physical therapy/exercises to help strengthen the muscles evenly.

Other than that, I can't be of much help.
