It's a girl!
So, my concerns about, well, everything, were, as predicted, for nothing. EVERYTHING looks great. The baby wouldn't stop moving! I was so shocked, after the lazy baby we saw at 12 weeks! It was difficult for her to get everything, so she took her time and we got a nice show. Every time she tried to get nice pictures, the baby would turn her head, like "no, paparazzi."
My husband teases me about my feet (I have hand toes, where the middle toe is longer than the rest of the toes), and we got a perfect shot of some perfect husband-like feet:
