Morning Ladies,
I feel like a have a renewed lease, not sure what happened, but I'm going to go along with it.
I've started back on the old W.Watchers plan and I've put up a thread a few days ago w/the links if anyone wants to do the same. For the past 3wks I've been walking 1/2way into work, about a 30min walk and I've started the Couch to 5K yesterday. I'm hitting the gym tonight to do weights. My plan is C25K Tues, Thrus, I know it's 3 days, but I go to the gym on Mondays and I don't want to run in the afternoon and then go to the gym at night, I just don't have it in me. My gym blocks cell reception so I can't get the C25K app in the gym.
Anyone have a new plan they'd like to follow? What can we do to help you get motivated?

@ExcitedAunt2b Totally understand the hatred of bathing suits, you are not alone at all
@kerbear135 I either give cookies or candy away to my co-workers or put them really far away, like the other side of the building. If I know they are around I can't stay out.
@kescalera Sounds like you could be retaining fluid from running either from muscle swelling or maybe since it's getting warmer need more fluids(?)
I am exactly the same as I was last week. I tracked and exercised and am just trying to stay motivated after losing 3 lbs one week that it isn't unusual to stall out on week 2
I've been doing good for the most part. Some days are harder than others to stay on track, especially when your boss wants to go eat BBQ.
Also, it's hard for me to track my progress because my weight fluctuates up and down like 4lb. I know I probably shouldn't weigh as much as I do.
I'm posting my morning weight 155lb, last week I said 159 but that was night time weight. I am only weighing in the mornings from now on.
