We made a decision

We will not be taking the baby. It just is not the right decision for our family. There is no other relative that is able/willing to take her. I have left a message with the caseworker, hopefully she will call back. The plan is to ask what our options are about maintaining contact with her foster family and being kept in the loop on her whereabouts. I am emotionally exhausted. Thank you all for your input and suggestions, I really appreciate the support.

    Such a difficult decision. Hopefully the case worker will keep you posted about the baby's whereabouts.

    I'm sure this decision was tough and emotionally draining on all of you, but hopefully you guys can move forward knowing you made the right decision for your family.
