Has LO gotten their first haircut? If so, how old was LO and how'd it go? If not yet, when will LO get one?

I have trimmed LO's hair (and done a horrible job)- I think that her first trim might be soon, but DH gets really upset when I cut her hair so I might be in for a fight before I can actually convince him to let me schedule an appointment.

I have him his first haircut a month or 2 ago. I shaved the sides and left the top long. He has A LOT of hair. He's due for another one now.

I thought he would be afraid of the buzzer, but he was fine.

Nope. I plan to let it grow out, unless she wants it short for some reason, or bangs.

He'll be getting his first haircut on his birthday. The stylist who did my first cut will do his.

LO's hair is pretty thick, but it's not long, so I don't think she'll need a haircut any time soon. My niece just had her first haircut at age 2 (though she was bald for much of her infancy, whereas LO has had hair from the beginning).

Little man had to get his hair cut at 6 months! We've had another one since then, and he's great during it. He loves to play with the little steering wheel of the "car" chair in the salon.

I trimmed his rat tail and got his bangs out of his eyes, but I'm not counting that!

Nah. Not for a while. My grandfather is a barber, so he'll give them their first hair cuts.

He's got hair that's getting a little shaggy in some spots and is nearly bald in other spots. We're going to take him in soon for it to be trimmed and evened out a little.

Nope. He's just starting to get hair! My first son was born with TONS of hair and never lost it. He had his first haircut at 5 months old.

This one probably won't get a haircut until 2 the way it's headed!
