Good party favors for 1-10 year olds?

I'm at a loss on what to get the kids who are attending C's party. There will be a 1, 5, 7 and 10 year old. There's also a 13 year old, my step-brother...should I get him anything? Or is he too old for stuff? Has anyone seen anything good at Target? Pictures and websites a plus. I'm looking to spend under 3-4$ per kid. No food or candy as we have allergies in the family. Thanks!

     Side walk chalk, sand toys, water squirters, bubbles??  You may have to adjust what you give for different ages.

    I was going to say sidewalk chalk, although probably something different for the 1 yo. I would get the 13 yo something, but different from the little kids. Something he's into. He deserves something for sitting through a 1 yo's birthday, no matter how much he loves the baby!

    Also, if the 10 year old is also a boy, I would get him the same thing as the 13 year old.

    other question:

    What should I get my step-brother, whose 13? He pretty much likes video games and that's about it. 


    I was thinking since it's a cat/paris theme party, that the favors revolve around that. I'm thinking "Adopt a Kitten"- have some stuffed kittens with the kids name tags on them, and have them in a cute little basket. Yay or nay?

    The 1, 7 and 10 year old are girls, 5 year old is a boy, so I think the stuffed animal might be OK with him.
