    Bananas for my New York Style pizza that has been around since the late 19th century whereas Chicago style has only been around since the 1940's. Seniority and taste and authenticity rule in this instance.

    Chicago hasn't been around as long as NYC because of location.  Can't hate a pizza because of that.  Chicago knows how to get it done!  And pizza in Italy is better than pizza here so BOOM!

    In my defense, I did vote New York style after the googling!  As long as it has ewy gooey cheese, I'm all over it!

    @fitmama418 have you had vinny's pizza in oaks??? It is as close to NY pizza as I have had here! It's owned by a family from Brooklyn, and 2 min from my house! We had it last night and I am planning on having it again tonight..Mmmm pizza.

    I also had to consult the almighty google. How do you even eat Chicago style? With a knife and fork? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a pizza?!

    Haha I know it does @Jennybabe0706‌ ! I'm terrible and haven't even ever tried Modern or Sally's...Pepe's is where I grew up going.
    Someday, I will go to all three and try them all, but tomorrow is just Pepe's!

    @CFox815‌ Wooster street in new haven is pretty awesome. Great pizza and Italian food and an amazing Italian pastry shop.

    @TJHine‌ I'm a modern girl but if I'm on Wooster I like pepes too.

    I think I'm going to have to get pizza this weekend ha!

    Chicago deep dish, ALL.DAY.EVERY.DAY

    All you Southern Californians NEED to go to Tony's little Italy in Placentia (near brea) - best pizza ever!!! Takes 45+ minutes to bake but you can call on your way there and they'll start the pizza for you and save you a seat.

    Just do it. Thank me later.

    Yes! This is where we get our pizza. My dad has been going there as long as I can remember. It is amazing.
