Might be twins?

Had my ultrasound today and they said I ovulated 2 eggs and I could possibly be having twins! They said it was too early to tell, I was 6 weeks per ovulation date but measuring 5w4d. Another u/s June 3rd to count the baby(ies?)

    I'm confused. What did they measure if not baby (babies)? 

    We found out we're expecting twins last week, and there are a couple others on the board as well, so if you are you'll be in good company. :)

    PCOS--TTC since 11/2010:   
    5 cycles of Clomid: all BFN, 1 cycle of Follistim:CP
    1 year break thanks to deployment.
    1 cycle Follistim: BFN, Lap to remove peritubal cyst May 2013
    2 cycles Follistim + trigger: BFN, Gonal F +IUI April 2014: BFP!!!!!! 

    Boy/Girl Twins due Jan 5, 2015!!!

    I was confused too lol I was on fertility meds and they saw that I ovulated 2 eggs. They said they only saw 1 sac but as its so early, another could be forming. That's my understanding at least. I'm sure it's just one but they want to do a f/u in 2 weeks.

    I'm pregnant with twins as well.  It just seems like at 5w4d they should be able to see two sacs if there was twins, but maybe I'm wrong.  Anyway, congrats and I'm sure June 3rd can't come soon enough for you!
