DS has some issues - reflux with choking and gagging, grunting at night and unable to be on his back, congestion, and nearly always wanting to nurse when not sleeping. It is not terrible and he rarely cries. His poops are mostly yellow to yellow-green and seedy but I think I'm starting to see mucus. They are never bright green or foamy that I can tell. Based on this, is there any way to tell whether the symptoms are due to MSPI or my oversupply (pretty sure I have it since he only nurses one side and doesn't drain it, plus he chokes when I let down). I'm block feeding to try to reduce my supply and will go off dairy if necessary, but I did it for DD but it will be harder now that I have her to feed too... DH can fend for himself!

I guess it's the mucus that concerns me. Also, can't reflux be exacerbated by OS or MSPI?
