S/O hawkward wedding gift...

...what was the most awkward/funny wedding gift you received?

Ours was actually kind of funny: for a while, my DH and I would buy the tackiest shot glass anywhere we went (like "one tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor") and the next time we visited my brother, we would leave it somewhere in his house, no explanation. We never knew if he and SIL found it bc they would never say anything.

Well, for our wedding gift, my brother handed me a small gift bag and walked away. In it was a check inside a Kama Sutra shot glass they had gotten in Mexico. It made us lol, and is probably my favorite wedding gift, even though it's awful!

Any good stories?

    I hope you have them displayed somewhere prominently in your home so that everyone can enjoy them in all their unique removable headed glory! lol ;)

    For my first wedding, my mom gave us these anatomically correct man and woman candles. They were hilarious, but so weird. Why, mom?! We kept them on the mantle above the fireplace and had a good laugh with friends about them.

    Fast forward a couple years and we are divorced, have been for about a year. I came home from grocery shopping with my roommate to find the candles in a shoebox full of dried rose petals on my doorstep. Oh, and it was my birthday. Xh probably thought he was being romantic, but it came off as super creepy.

    For my bridal shower, my aunt gave us a toaster, coffee pot, and a blender.  They were all off registry items and since we received the items we registered for, we went to return the items she got us.  However, she cut out all the bar codes so she could get the rebates for them so we were not able to return them!
