I am a fitness instructor, I teach indoor cycling and gravity. I'm wondering at what point did other fitness instructors stop teaching? This isn't my 'full time job' more like an awesome hobby that I get paid for! I also work full time, so at the end of my business day I go teach 4 times per week, and then I'm exhausted! I'm 24 weeks and I feel like throwing in the towel until after I deliver, just wonder what other expecting fitness mom's are doing!

Re: Any Fitness Instructors?
With my first pregnancy, I taught classes right up until I had my son, at 37w4d. I stopped teaching cycling pretty early on (I think around 15 weeks), taught core class and low-impact aerobics and a toning class all the way through. I averaged 2-3 classes a week.
I'm also a distance runner, currently keeping up with 40 miles/week, and feeling good!
Is the gym you work for ok with you dropping down to teaching maybe just twice a week? GF instructing is tough- especially after working a full day! Sometimes finding that extra bit of energy you need to lead class can be a challenge.
