my butt hurts :((((

in 2nd Trimester
My butt hurts after I poop, when I sit down, when I try to walk around. IDK WHAT TO DO OR WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. My butt has just been very sore. I didn't feel this way when I was pregnant with my twins and that was a lot of baby weight on me. My OB says my body is just sore and it's just the weight of everything. I had another doctor check for hemorrhoids and even she said it was nothing. I need to find a way to make this right soon. I can barely work cause my freakin ass hurts :( Is there anything I can do or anyone going through what I'm going through?
