Keep him home?

Just back from our trip and a few hours into our 9 hour drive, DS barfed everywhere. He hasn't ever gotten carsick and isn't a random puker, so I don't know what's wrong with him. It's slightly possible he ate too much for breakfast, but I don't know, I don't really think so. Anyway, he puked at like 9:30. Didn't eat the rest of the drive, but acted fine. Singing, being silly, etc. He ate some dry cereal when we got home around 3:00. So far, no more barf. And a regular, non-runny poop. If he doesn't throw up again, should I send him to daycare? He goes around 8, so it's not officially 24 hours. I don't want to be an asshole, but DH works from home and keeping him home really stresses him out. I'm leaning towards keeping him home, but not sure. Help!

If he is fine through the night and in the morning then I would send him.

22.5 hours is close enough. I would send him.
