Every day, like clockwork, I feel the need to nap

Right after lunch. Can't F'ing keep my eyes open. Nice bar tender at Applebee's gave me a coffee to go bc as we were chatting I said how tired I was. May just hell me thru this afternoon. And it's regular *gasp*!

  • Me too. My mom lives in town and knows not to talk to/hang out with me between 2 and 3 because there's a 99% chance I'm asleep.

  • For me it's 3 pm like clockwork. The dreaded sleepy hour.

  • I am a teacher so i wake up at 6am each day... Problem is... baby boy is most active b/w 10 PM and midnight! So i take a "nap" (2-3 hrs) around 6pm each night. Once i started doing this, i felt soo much better during the day and realized i had amiserable attitude bc 5.5 -6 hrs of sleep a night just doesnt cut it. So i say- nap away!! :)
  • I've started insisting my 7 year old lie down after lunch with the baby so I can sleep. :)

  • I've always been a napper. My naps have to be at least 1 1/2 hours or its not enough. Pregnancy hasn't made me want to nap more but I do allow 2 1/2 hours to be set on my alarm now :)
