This is going to be a bit of a post and run today as I have a metric ass load of things to get done today :-|
1. How's the pumping going this week?
2. Any Challenges?
3. I'm running out of poll questions. I need ideas!

1. How's the pumping going? I've increased my pumping time from 10 mins to 20 each side as suggested last week, and I get two let downs. That's never happened! I changed my flanges too and notice a little better suction.
2. Any challenges? I was having supply issues. Barely pumping enough for my LO's day care days...but doubling my pumping time has helped tremendously. Just takes so much time to pump now!
3. Hmmm...maybe share a random tip on pumping and what's helped up your supply.
1. How's the pumping going this week? My output was all over the place this week.
2. Any Challenges? LO has entered the distracted phase. It's really wonderful when he turns his head as far as he can while my nipple is still in his mouth.
3. No ideas for a check in question but I have one. Do you ladies pump before bed? LO sttn and goes to bed between 830-930. I pump around 10-1030 depending on when he actually goes down. I get up at 545 and pump every morning. I would love love love to go to bed at 10 right after I put him in bed. I'm only getting an ounce, maybe one and a half, but I'm afraid to drop that pump and mess with my supply. What do you think?
@ballerina10 LOs sleep is becoming kind of inconsistent and that's another reason why I've debated dropping it. I also think more sleep might help my supply. Breastfeeding requires too much brain power sometimes.
1. Pumping has been going alright, I haven't been feeling as full lately which is worrisome.
2. We have been short staffed at work so I have had to drop a pumping session and several times had to cut my other session in half. So now I am afraid that I am losing my supply
3. Questions: does anyone have a nickname or code phrase for when they tell their coworkers/boss they are leaving to pump? What name would you call your pump?
@misskisses85 try breast compressions while you pump, it makes a big difference!
@ErinO21 try it and see what happens! You can always add it back. It's worth trying to get an extra pump in the morning rather than the evening because you make more milk then.
@kmommy07I love those questions! I say 'I'm going to make baby food' haha!

@ErinO21 I don't go here (I lurked from J14. @Marbee1214 ca vouch for me being not a spammer) but I pump MOTN. I know it's not feasible for everyone, though.
DD goes down at 7pm and I go to bed pretty early. Usually by 8:30, always by 9. I set an alarm for 12:30-1am and get up and pump. I'm able to get 2 daycare bottles or more doing that. I started that pump around 5 weeks the first time she dropped that feeding just to get relief. When I realized how much I was getting, I just couldn't give it up. It SUCKS some nights but I guess it's worth it. It's not *so* bad to sleep in 2 blocks of ~4 hours. I guess.
Otherwise, maybe you could do a power hour in place of your 10pm pump for a few days and see if it helps to boost that one up? I did that to help my last workday pump because it was getting really disheartening.
Ok here's a poll question for ya boots - how long does everyone go between pumps or nursing/pumping.
Oh good one! I'll do that this Friday.

@BootsOrHearts I am dropping it starting tonight. I got less and half an ounce last night. Waste of 30 minutes!
