Cover letter ?

I am applying for an office secretary job at a local school district here. Would the cover letter be addressed to the principal of that school or superintendent? Everything is done online through the districts website and uploaded

    I personally would put the superintendent, however, you might want to do some research and see if you can find an address for human resources and use that instead.
