High HCG Levels = Girls?

I know everyone is different, and HCG levels aren't an answer to anthing, but I have heard your levels can be higher for twin pregnancies (obviously) and also for girls. Just wondering if this was true in your case.

I don't know what my HCG levels were with my daughter. The only reason I know them with this baby is because I had a MC in February, so they wanted to make sure they were doubling. I had my first beta count on Friday. According to LMP (and I have always had very regular 28 day cycles) I was 4 weeks 3 days. My HCG came back at 3370! I went back this morning, 72 hours later (4 weeks 6 days) and my levels are 9977!

I don't think it's twins! (Athough my mom and Aunt were twins!) Other than sore boobs and being a little tired (but I have a 4 year old and work 40 hours a week, I'm always tired!) I feel good! :)  I do, however, have a teeny tiny gut feeling it's a girl. Just for fun, were your HCG levels higher with a girl?
