Memorial Day Weekend Plans?

I know it's a week away still, but what are your plans for the long weekend?

We are going down the shore Sun-Mon. It's probably going to be a bit cool, not really beach weather, but oh well. We did it last year too and decided to make it out new family tradition. We do our week long beach trip later in the summer with all of DHs family, so it's kinda nice to do a quick trip with just the 4 of us.

    We leave to go to SC on Thursday to visit family and will stay until Memorial Day, drive back home to VA and then the next day we catch our flight to the Bahamas. It will be a lovely almost 2 weeks away from work.

    We are not going anywhere - with a 3 month old, a toddler and a kid I'm still not ready to travel much :) My mom will probably come up for at least two days though so we'll have fun here, maybe go to the zoo. Hopefully get some projects done around the house.

    We aren't doing anything for Memorial weekend but that is because we are leaving next Thursday for a week long beach vacation.  I am soooooo looking forward to vacation and keep reminding myself that I need to survive this week, a 2-day work week next, then VACATION!!!!

    We're only going as far as one of my aunt's houses about an hour away. Family cookout and also celebrating the summer birthdays in case we can't all get together again.

    MH and I are attending a wedding for a close friend in the Bahamas the next weekend. First time away from DD and I'm going to be in another country. I have no idea what I was thinking, I have been putting off thinking about it basically since she was born. I have so many fears. Not the least of which being that my supply will suffer from 4 days of EP and that she won't even want to nurse when I get home.

    @jasminelorraine20 Stop living my life. I live north of DC and going to the Bahamas after Memorial weekend, too. :P

    We are hanging around the house, probably cook out at the in laws. We were starting to plan a trip to see friends in DE when I remembered BIL was coming to my in laws for the weekend. And since one of the main reasons he is coming is to hang out with my boys it would be rude to go out of town. Other BIL was supposed to be coming down with one of his boys but he had which weekend Memorial Day is wrong and now has to work.
    Don't get me wrong I like my il's but would much rather be going to see our good friends for the long weekend.

    I will just me happy if hubby lets me sleep in one day this weekend. I got up at 6 with both boys on Saturday while he stayed in bed till 730

    We were planning a quick beach trip but the weather isn't looking very beachy. Instead I think we'll go to Colonial Williamsburg and maybe take the kids out to play in the sand at VA Beach for the afternoon. I haven't booked a hotel yet but I'm thinking something with an indoor pool would be fun.

    No real plans yet. We desperately need to do some yard work (weeding, planting flowers and veggies, etc.) I'd also love to take the boys to the zoo or something since DH has been working a lot the past few weekends and time is ticking before baby arrives.

    We are going to FL for the weekend to go to Jax Zoo and Amelia Island.  We never go OOT, so I'm ridiculously excited to get away and have an extra day off of work!

    We are going to LEGOLAND and staying at the LEGOLAND hotel.  There will be rides, swimming, and lots of Legos.

    I love Amelia Island.  You'll have a great time.
