Give me info. -- Zoosk

Ok. What in the world is Zoosk and how does it work?

I just picked up my husband's phone to look up a phone number I needed. I had left my phone in the truck and his was right beside me. Anyway I glanced at the web page it was open to, and it was Zoosk. It looked like a profile page of a person. I asked my husband what it was, and he said he didn't know. He was trying to figure it out.

I googled it and it looks like a dating sight? That doesn't make sense to me. And my mind is all over the place and I'm rambling. Somebody talk me down.

    It definitely is an online dating site. Does he have a profile? If so, he has some serious explaining to do. 

    I really hope it's just a misunderstanding.

    How do I tell if he has a profile? I mean I have never had any reason to doubt him whatsoever. I just don't know what to think.

    @HoneyB1993 I really think this is what is happening. Is it connected to Facebook in any way? He's on that ALL the time. I'm going to talk to him more about it when I gather my thoughts. I just wanted to do some research first. It's the old reporter in me, want to be informed so I know what questions to ask.

    His reaction was just a little off. I never look at his phone or email. It's never crossed my mind. It just shocked me when I happened to pick up the phone and that was in it.

    Zoosk is def attached to Facebook. I get annoying emails from them all the time telling me so and so is interested. If I click on them it does take me directly to that persons profile. So I could see it being an honest mistake, but his reaction to you asking is what is bothering me. I would dig a little more and go from there depending on his reaction. I agree with the pp that said if he is overly defensive there is more to the story.

    @Beary+Ghastly I don't have a clue. Like I said I've never looked, and I never heard of it until this afternoon to even know what it was.

    Is it something you pay for or is it free? We have a joint checking and no credit cards, so if it's something you pay for I think I would notice.
