Can you pump into one bottle from both sides?

I forgot one of my Medela bottles at home so for one of my pumping sessions at work, I pumped from one side for 15 minutes and in the same bottle pumped from the next side for 15 minutes. The milk is obviously at the same temperature but I was curious if it was okay to use?
