Trouble TTC

Why is there always something to stress/worry about!? (vent)

All during the stims, I was worried about making too many follies or about my lining. My u/s was yesterday and had great news of 2-3 mature follies for IUI tomorrow morning. Whew I thought. We bd'd last night, just later than we planned... & now of course I'm stressing that its only going to be 32 hours until IUI instead of 36 hours and that we bd'd too much this weekend. I'm stressing about the "what if's" of his supplements my DH has been taking.  Nothing of course can be done about anything. I'm just the biggest worrier spaz alive. I feel like something's gotta go wrong. Why can't there ever be a time of nothing to worry about & why can't I be a positive person like I used to be?? Geeze!! Vent over lol That felt good.

  • @nariadreaming Thanks... and I know. You are so right!! & I am so grateful for responding so well. I should be counting my blessings that another cycle wasn't cancelled.  I just cant quit worrying and making this all feel hopeless. I do it to myself. I think I'm just looking for that feeling of a "perfect cycle" and it's not even possible. I'm just a freak lol.

  • I agree with @NariaDreaming.  You can't help but worry, though.  FX that all the worrying was for nothing!

  • My RE just said today that except for the vast majority of the time, even men with MFI do not experience significant decreases in their sperm counts until they ejaculate multiple times in a 24 hour period. It's not what I had always thought, but I wanted to put that out there in case it makes you feel a little better about your IUI! :)
