I have been pumping for over 3 months successfully at work, but sometimes I don't get in as many pumps as I would like or need extra milk for cereal and want to do a session at home, but I never get a letdown. Before I went back to work I could pump at home but now I just nurse DS when I'm here. I do the same setup I do at work, and it doesn't really make a difference how long it has been since he ate. Any suggestions? I thought usually people had problems when baby wasn't around! I know pumping at the same time every day at home would probably help, but it's really just a every once in a while thing that I actually don't have enough milk in the fridge. TIA
